A great addition to your allotment or garden. Once planted and grown to maturity these two heritage variety rhubarbs can provide fruit for jam, crumbles and stewed to have with ice cream or custard, for years. Always pull the stalks rather than cut them, and plant in soil with good drainage to prevent root rot. Rare to have any pest or disease problems.


VICTORIA

Popular since the Victorian era. Produces large sweets stalks in early summer.


GLASKINS PERPETUAL

This variety is liked for its ability to produce rhubarb stalks for a longer season than many other varieties. It can still be growing stalks in late summer.


Sent bareroot in damp paper towel.

Sent 1st class in a letterbox friendly box that can be delivered even if you are not in.


When the plants arrive plant them in a pot, and grow on a windowsill or in a greenhouse. Plant in position after last frosts in spring.
