Bird of Paradise (Strelitzia reginae) Plant

The leaves are glossy and attractive and grow big. The plant gets it name from the flowers that it can produce on a long stem. Although most people want this plant, in the hope of seeing a flower bloom, it is also a fantastic foliage houseplant.
