This succulent Jade plant has thick glossy green leaves, and looks great on a windowsill or shelf. The plant, also sometimes called a Money plant or Money tree, is native to South Africa.
Very low maintenance and can survive quite a while without water. Eg. If you watered it before going on holiday, it should be fine for a fortnight. It does well if you just give it a spray of water a couple of times a week. If you keep repotting into larger pots, it can grow to quite a size.
Jade plants can flower, and look amazing when they do, but this can be quite rare, and most people just buy this plant for the attractive succulent foliage.
